Our school was buzzing all week with excitement because of the pep rally! A pep rally is a fun school event where students, teachers, and staff come together to show school spirit, music, support our sports teams, and build excitement for upcoming games or events that will occur during the rally. The pep rally isn’t just about having fun; it’s also a great way to bring everyone together, boost morale, and remind us how important teamwork and pride in our school really are. During the pep rally, everyone was full of energy and cheering for their teams, they played 2 games and one challenge for the “spirit stick.” The games included musical chairs but with a twist and used exercise balls instead of chairs. There was also a partnered relay where teams had to spin around with their forehead on the end of a baseball bat. To see who would win the spirit stick, there was a cheering competition for our teams. The seniors ended up winning the spirit stick! Buzz, our mascot attended the pep rally and helped host and judge the challenges.
